Acute headache with focal deficit imaging

A young adult with progressive non-febrile headache, altered sensorium, right hemiparesis and declining consciousness needs urgent non-contrast CT head first to detect haemorrhage/mass before LP. Focal deficits and altered mental status mandate imaging before lumbar puncture.
