Molar pregnancy / GTD (high beta-hCG, grape-like vesicles)
HIGH-YIELD
Appears 7×
Teaching point
Grape-like vesicles per vaginam + markedly raised beta-hCG (often >100,000) + uterine mass / large-for-dates -> molar pregnancy. RISING beta-hCG after evacuation -> gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (invasive mole / choriocarcinoma). Distinguish from incomplete/failed abortion (beta-hCG falling, retained products, no vesicles).
