Reduced fundal height at term

At ~36 weeks with normal prior checks, a fundal height measuring smaller than dates with easily palpable fetal parts (liquor present) most commonly reflects wrong dates. Palpable fetal parts argue against oligohydramnios/renal agenesis; consider IUGR only if dates are confirmed correct.
