Greenish multi-duct nipple discharge with mild nipple inversion in a 50-year-old is classic for mammary duct ectasia, a benign condition. Cancer gives a hard irregular lump with spontaneous bloody unilateral discharge; intraductal papilloma gives clear/bloody discharge.
