Manage serotonin syndrome by immediately stopping all serotonergic agents and giving supportive care (IV fluids, oxygen, vital monitoring). Benzodiazepines (diazepam) control agitation, hyperthermia and rigidity; cyproheptadine is for moderate-severe refractory cases, with active cooling for severe hyperthermia.
