Persecutory/late-onset delusional disorder

A fixed, non-bizarre delusion (neighbours interfering with one's sex life, surveillance, poisoning gas, olfactory themes) without global functional decline or other psychotic features is delusional disorder, not schizophrenia. In elderly well-functioning patients consider late-onset delusional disorder; hearing loss can produce musical hallucinosis.
