Acute dystonia (oculogyric crisis/torticollis) from dopamine blockers (metoclopramide/antipsychotics) -> benztropine (anticholinergic). Akathisia -> reduce dose/switch antipsychotic, propranolol adjunct. Serotonin syndrome = clonus + hyperreflexia + agitation (vs NMS = lead-pipe rigidity + bradyreflexia + hyperthermia).
