Cervical screening pathway (HPV / LBC results)

In the renewed program: non-16/18 HPV with LSIL/possible LGSIL on reflex LBC = repeat HPV in 12 months (not immediate colposcopy). Non-16/18 with HSIL or 16/18 positive goes to colposcopy. An unsatisfactory HPV test must be repeated; a clinician-collected sample is preferred, repeated in 6 weeks if a clinician sample was unsatisfactory.
