For reduced fetal movement at preterm-to-late gestation, after a normal CTG the next step is ultrasound for growth, liquor and Dopplers - especially if fundal height is small (possible FGR). Kick charts are no longer recommended. If movements and CTG are reassuring and growth normal, reassure.
