Genital warts management

Both cryotherapy (clinician-applied) and imiquimod (patient-applied immune modifier) are first-line for genital warts. For multiple/larger lesions imiquimod is preferred to avoid scarring; cryotherapy suits fewer/smaller lesions. Choice depends on lesion number/size and patient preference.
