Subfertility counselling / suspected endometriosis

Most couples conceive within 12 months; a woman only 5 weeks off the OCP with normal periods should be reassured and reviewed. Posterior-fornix nodularity hints at endometriosis warranting later evaluation but is not an emergency, and she is not infertile.
