Granuloma annulare = annular flesh-coloured papules on dorsum hands/feet, self-limiting. Stye (hordeolum) = acute tender lid-margin lump -> warm compress; chalazion = chronic painless meibomian lump. Pyogenic granuloma = friable red papule that bleeds easily -> excision/curettage. Impetigo -> exclude from school until 24 h of antibiotics. Acute paronychia with pus -> I&D. Erythema marginatum + recent strep -> rheumatic fever.
